We dose according to what the studies actually used, not according to what is cheapest to manufacture. Every ingredient is written out with its amount on the label — no proprietary blends hiding how little you get.

It varies by product and by person. Most supplements need a few weeks of regular use. We promise no quick results — sleep, training and food do most of the work.

Everything is made in Sweden in smaller batches and checked for purity before it reaches the shelf. We state the amount of every ingredient on the label, so you can compare us with anyone.
